Don't know about Creative Youth Network, well you should. They are amazing and support emerging young artists from disadvantaged backgrounds. Those who face barriers to accessing the arts and struggle gaining access to careers in the sector. In 2019, they supported over 9k young people in Bristol and South Gloucestershire from disadvantaged backgrounds, giving those in isolation at risk of dropping out of education, and struggling with their mental health, amongst other things, support.
